WordPress may use session and preference cookies for users logged into the admin area. These processes use WordPress's own authentication and session system.
Theme interactions
Menus, feature filters, package choices and calculators run in the browser. Calculator amounts are not sent to the server by the theme. Submitted enquiry or support fields become request records. The two quick-enquiry steps are linked by bcs_enquiry_session, an HttpOnly process cookie valid for two hours. It contains no contact details; the completion and thank-you pages use the current request state.
Language and region preference
Your language and market preferences are stored for up to 365 days in bcs_market and bcs_language cookies and browser local storage. Change them in the top menu or clear your browser data. Suggestions use trusted server country information or browser language, with no external location service or device location permission.
External services
When you click a WhatsApp or external provider link, that platform's data practices apply. If analytics, advertising, video or chat services are added, the business must arrange the required preference controls and disclosures separately.
