Information collected through forms
Contact forms collect your name, email, phone, company, service choice and message to assess your enquiry. The quick form first saves only your email and phone; a separate enquiry page then adds your industry, company status and e-commerce experience to the same request. Selected language, market, package and service period may also be recorded. Forms do not request payment card details, passwords or API keys.
Records and notifications
Your request is stored in WordPress as a record accessible only to authorised administrators. The system attempts to notify our team and email you an acknowledgement; this does not create a marketing subscription. Email and hosting services are part of this process. A short-lived keyed connection digest helps limit unwanted submissions; a process token, valid for two hours and stored only as a digest on the server, links the second step to the same request.
