The WooCommerce order screen brings together customer, product, payment and status information. Do not change payment status based only on the screen's label.
Open the order details
Select the relevant record from the order list. Review products, addresses, customer notes and payment method. Ensure the payment provider's notification is consistent with order notes.
Preparation and dispatch
Use status changes appropriate to your business's preparation and dispatch stages. If a shipping module is installed, manage tracking numbers and notifications according to your installation documentation.
Cancellations and returns
Consider stock, payment and accounting effects together during returns and cancellations. Actual refunds should only be performed by an authorised person in accordance with the provider account and business procedures.
